Returns & Refunds
We take product quality very seriously—we will take responsibility for resolving any issues that arise.
If your product has a quality problem, please take a few photos or record a short video showing the issue and send it to our after-sales team at service@touchbeauty.com. Once we confirm the problem, we will replace it with a brand new product free of charge.
Our warranty coverage varies depending on the product level:
• Standard products—1-year warranty. If a confirmed quality defect occurs within the warranty period, we will replace the product.
• High-end (high-value) products—3-year extended warranty. We will give you a refund, but we hope you will continue to use the product for peace of mind regarding this high-value investment.
We have complete confidence in our products. When the replacement is shipped, we hope it will be reintegrated into your daily life, rather than gathering dust on a shelf.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank.

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged. If a refund is approved for a discounted item, only the sale price will be refunded, subject to standard return conditions.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at service@touchbeauty.com. Our team will provide instructions for returning the item to the correct address.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

No restocking fees will be charged for returns. Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
